We will process your order with care and make everything possible to make sure that your purchase arrives as soon as possible to you. Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout and may delay the shipping times. Also note that during the holidays, a higher volume of orders and postal services delays that are outside of our control may further delay your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mjm@mjmrocks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Artwork Damaged in Transit

When your product is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the package and open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Photograph any damage to the artwork and email us as soon as possible at mjm@mjmrocks.com. Be sure the carrier documents the damage.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mjm@mjmrocks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address your case individually and work towards a satisfactory solution.
